HOA does not like for cars to habitually be parked on the street and will send violation letters for repeat offenders. Tenants must maintain landscaping of property; if not properly maintained and an HOA violation letter is issued, we'd have you hire a company to do landscaping, which would be billed to tenants. We will continue to pay for pest control to protect our investment, but tenants must maintain a clean residence. Any additional pest remediation costs due to property negligence will also result in tenant having to pay reimbursement for such a need.
